She has been an on-camera personality for 10+ years and has been featured on E!, MTV, VH1, The Wendy Williams Show, iHeartRadio, Complex, and much more! She’s done everything from interviewing music artists, like BTS and Jennifer Lopez, to hosting live-morning television, covering red carpets, and being an on-camera commentator for the hottest pop culture shows. She’s currently the host of MTV’s digital music trivia show, Bop Quiz.

Since I can remember, I have always struggled with depression and a sense of hopelessness. I always knew I was different inside, but when the external world doesn’t have space for someone like you, you assimilate to what is expected of you to fit in. And so, I began the journey of hiding my true self and birthing my survival self. I spent the most part of my life repressing and suppressing my pain, ignoring my intuition, locking away my heart, and letting my mind take the driver seat.
In 2019, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue the dreams of “making it” in Hollywood, but during that time, I found myself spiraling in deep cycles of depression and unworthiness. I was losing myself to an illusionary world and the deeper I got, the more I felt myself floating away into the abyss of nothingness. It wasn’t until I hit the darkest rock bottom, did I finally hear the calling-it was time to go inward and find the true me.
I had my first awakening into the self in 2019 and the amount of pain I had hidden away felt overwhelming, but I was determined, so I did everything I could to heal. I was meditating diligently, taking cold showers, doing breath-work, EFT tapping, repeating affirmations, reprogramming my mind but none of it seemed to get to the root of why I was the way I was. It wasn’t until I found Rachel Fiori and her teachings, did my journey back home to the truth of me really begin.
What you will learn and gain here at MSU is priceless. Why? Because what we teach you is how to connect to your innate divine power, identify all the mental, emotional, and behavioral programs you run, get to the root of your inner child wounds, and energetically transform/alchemize all of it. This is warrior’s work and it takes willingness and devotion.
